Visit the wonders of Morgan Museum
The County Historical Museum displays Morgan's authentic work of art by Howard Christy, a boy the local region has made her well known Christy girls gracing the cover of all the most popular magazine in the early 1900a. A museum also objects Mc Donald Birch. You will see farm machinery, household appliances antique Victorian furniture and much more.
The museum also has an extensive Civil War collection, as well as artifacts from the Mexican War, shape the American Revolution and World Wars, the first and second. This amazing ability to make you explain the ages and including an exhibition of life in the valley form the Muskingum River Region Age Stone World War II. Built in 1904, the building housing the museum was originally a food store, then a market and, more later in a grocery store. Over the years, all of tractors and farm equipment of greeting cards has been sold from this beautiful building.

Evelyn real house key transport you back in time. The mansion was built in 1836 and is designed with items dating from the period of 1830Â at 1890A. The house has 12 rooms that are absolutely authentic Victorian.
You can go and worship the cabinet to inspect the artwork adorning the walls and the summer kitchen. Furnished with original lines and quilts, it may be home the most accurate Victorian you ever seen, works of local artists, vintage clothing and dishes. Most of the furnishings were donated by Mc Connel and real families.
The Dollhouse
The dollhouse features collection of more socially 2500 dolls. The dolls are of all types and many different eras of history. The collection includes Native American dolls, ethnic dolls, movie star dolls, character dolls, doll designer teddy bears, dolls, handmade dolls, rag dolls, Barbie Eganbee dolls, Madame Alexander dolls, porcelain dolls, antique leather, almost every type of doll you can imagine.
The building was delivered in 1870 and treated in medical offices of Dr. Hiram L. True.

Visiting Evelyn True Button House, a ride on the back and discover how the Victorians made their way into town. The engine of the era authentic fire is ready waiting that connect volunteers to the team. And the horse-drawn hearse and waiting, ready to take the unfortunate souls of their eternal sleep. There are tools of any kind, shape and size of the hand designed and elegant.
Rock Hollow School
The faith of a room school was moved to Union Township in Morgan County in Malta by the Morgan County Historical Society.

These museums and houses can be visited separately or combined, as a journey package. Group tours are available by calling the Morgan County Historical Society. In addition to published hours after the group visits are flexible.
